Fixed a bug where burst arrows were not being consumed on use

Fixed monsters so they now walk around their target again.

Smolder's Elden dragon quest should now work and count towards Elden's killed

Prismatic stones now upgrade weapons with a random elemental imbuement (poison, energy, death, explosion) with a random proc chance percentage and min/max damage range

Faction rune NPC now sells BP's of explosion runes with extra shots

Mining, skinning and forging should all now work as intended (forging and skinning will be reset to level 10)

• New enchanted bows are now lootable (electrified crossbow, flame crossbow, flame bow). Also sellable to Ronnie

• NPC's should now sell up to 1kk of an item. Can use k for 1000s and M for millions, e.g. buy 1k bolts
• Added and removed some items from rare items loot message
• New Demon boss Vrahlok the Soulrender will spawn randomly between 3 locations
• Rune selling NPC's now sell backpacks of blank runes. Say 'buy bp blank rune'
• Mini server save now runs every 4 hours instead of 1
